Friends i don't know what is seriously wrong with we indian people but instead of appreciating a good movie, we have to drive every thing into a controversy.I just want to ask my friends why is it so hard to appreciate a movie as a piece of art regardless of the cultural and geographical boundries.Why is it that we are always ashamed of facing the truth because it is true that india has many slums. I just want to ask the people would there be such a fuss in the indian community if this same movie would have been picturised by an indian director, and the point is they have not shown india at all in a bad light or as some people misinterrpreted slum dog as "dogs of the slum" its just a slang that has come frome underdog meaning people who are nobody or starting something new in a field.From my point of view they have depicted the "never die attitude of the indian community who are brave enough to find happiness in the most adverse of situations and in the smallest of the things ,it shows the spirit of the indians as the mythical pheonix which rises from its ashes to brave a new world that too with a new start, immortalising every moment of life".............so instead of bickering about a movie sit back and enjoy the attitude of the people who face hardship and still survive the day to day misery of life......................................................................................................................
